2011 Minnesota Twins Roster

The same solid core of players that have seen the Twins win for the past few seasons go one more round. But 2011 was a disaster. Sure, the Twins didn't lose 100 games (barely) but they managed to field a team that didn't have a .300 hitter in the regular line-up or a starting pitcher who won 10 games. More than 3 million folks again enjoyed Outdoor Baseball Year Two, as well as watching a primarily minor-league line-up when Twins players hit the disabled list nearly three-dozen times. Michael Cuddyer was the lone All-Star. Japanese import Tsuyoshi Nishioka showed little of his Eastern prowless. The Twins said goodbye to Delmon Young, who helped Detriot defeat the Yankees in the playoffs.
